Terms of use

Updated October 9, 2026 · Web edition with optional purchases

The game

Wiki Battle is an independent browser card game. These terms cover packs, collections, fusion, quizzes, battles and community features. Use the game only where permitted by the laws that apply to you. Stop using it if you do not agree to these terms. Contact the operator through our support page.

Purchases and virtual items

The game is free to play. The pack shop sells optional one-time USD offers: the Atlas Discovery Bundle (US$9.90, 10 packs of 5 randomized cards, 50 cards), the Atlas Collector Bundle (US$19.90, 22 packs), the Atlas Archivist Bundle (US$49.90, 60 packs) and the Season 1 Atlas Pass (US$9.90), which unlocks that season’s premium reward track. Buying requires a signed-in Wiki Battle account; items are delivered to that account once the payment provider confirms payment. Checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake or Creem, each the merchant of record for purchases made through it, and payment card data is processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment processor and never stored on our servers. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Paid packs use the same odds, mutation chances and card pool as free packs. Registry serial numbers and mutations are collectible attributes of individual copies; they never change battle stats and, like all cards, have no cash value. We do not sell coins or subscriptions; coin rewards on the Atlas Pass unlock only through season XP earned in play. Earned coins can currently be exchanged for packs at 500 coins per pack. Purchased packs, pass access, cards and coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items in this game, with no monetary value, ownership of real-world assets, cash redemption, withdrawal or cash prizes. Do not sell accounts or arrange real-money sales of game items.

Pack draws are random. A pack never contains the same card twice, but repeats across packs are possible, and the published pity limits apply to every pack. Fusion consumes five cards of one rarity and returns one card of the next rarity, not the five ingredients. Read the current probabilities and rules before confirming. Card swaps and auctions use virtual items and earned game coins only. Swaps and auction listings unlock 24 hours after an account’s first visit, and completed auction sales carry a 5% coin fee.

Identity and progress

Guest progress is tied to the browser’s session cookie. Clearing it or using another browser can make guest progress inaccessible. You can sign in with Google or with a code emailed to you to save a collection to a Wiki Battle account and use it on any device; on first sign-in, the browser’s guest collection becomes the account’s collection. Keep access to the email address, because it is how the account is recovered. Do not share your session, impersonate another person or exploit multiple identities to bypass limits.

Fair play and community conduct

Do not cheat, forge game actions, harass others, post illegal material, disclose someone’s private information, spam, or misuse the location feature. Keep display names and messages appropriate for a public community. Report misconduct or a disputed trade to support@wiki-battle.com with the relevant player code and details. Automated opponents are identified as AI opponents.

Invite rewards are packs with no cash value. They are granted only when a genuinely new collector joins through your link, opens three packs, wins a battle and returns on a second day, up to five rewarded invites per week. Inviting yourself, using multiple accounts or automating sign-ups is not allowed; rewards obtained this way may be removed. Sharing is never required to play, and rewards are never conditional on posting specific content.

The server decides battle results. Human duels allow 60 seconds per round. If only one player commits before the deadline, that player wins the timed-out match; if neither commits, it ends as a draw. A lost connection does not pause the timer. Reconnect promptly. Room codes and pending invitations expire after ten minutes.

Availability, changes and content

We may correct errors, rebalance future editions, suspend abusive access or change free features. Availability and uninterrupted play are not guaranteed. Contact support about lost items or technical problems; free virtual items do not create a claim for cash compensation. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Paid purchases require a recoverable signed-in account and confirmed payment before delivery. An unconfirmed payment is credited automatically once the provider confirms it; you never need to pay twice. Read the offer and delivery details and the refund policy before buying. Refunded or charged-back purchases are removed from the account, including any unopened packs from that purchase.
