What you can buy

The pack shop sells one-time USD offers: the Atlas Discovery Bundle (US$9.90, 10 packs of 5 randomized cards), the Atlas Collector Bundle (US$19.90, 22 packs), the Atlas Archivist Bundle (US$49.90, 60 packs) and the Season 1 Atlas Pass (US$9.90). Purchases are delivered to your signed-in account once the payment provider confirms payment. Checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake or Creem, each the merchant of record for purchases made through it, and payment card data is processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment processor and never stored on our servers. There are no subscriptions, deposits or player withdrawals.

Refund policy for paid packs and the Atlas Pass

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the packs from that purchase have not been opened, or, for an Atlas Pass, if no premium-track reward has been claimed. Refunded packs or pass access will be removed from your account. Contact support@wiki-battle.com from your purchase email with the order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

Once a bundle has been partly or fully opened, or a premium pass reward has been claimed, change-of-mind refunds are not offered solely because random cards repeat earlier pulls or are not the cards you wanted. See the per-slot probabilities and pity rules before buying. Missing delivery, duplicate charges, incorrect products and technical faults will still be investigated, and corrected or refunded as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. We will confirm the outcome by email; this is a support-assisted process. There is no recurring plan to cancel. Before completing a payment, you can leave checkout without purchasing.

Earned coins and game actions

Game coins and cards have no cash value. Exchanging 500 earned coins grants one pack immediately to the current profile, outside the free refill cap. A coin exchange, card swap, virtual auction, pack opening or fusion is not a cash purchase. Confirmed coin exchanges cannot ordinarily be undone. Technical errors can be reported to support@wiki-battle.com with your collector code and the approximate time.

Random pack outcomes, pity guarantees and fusion results follow the published rules. A completed fusion consumes its five ingredients and returns one card of the next rarity. Keep your guest browser cookies so you can access your collection.

Missing packs or unexpected charges

Packs are credited automatically when the payment provider confirms payment, usually within seconds; a delayed confirmation never requires paying again. If a purchase has not arrived within 15 minutes, or you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@wiki-battle.com from the address used at checkout with the order reference from your receipt. Refunded or charged-back purchases are removed from the account, including unopened packs from that purchase.
